With this pljeskavica spice mix you can easily prepare pljeskavica at home. The Pljeskavica is a traditional meatloaf that is well known and popular in the Balkan area. In fact, it is a hamburger variant, and is also served between a sandwich. Season the minced meat with this pljeskavica spice mix and let it marinate (preferably overnight).
