Peel and chop the onions. Heat oil in a large pan and fry the onion chips. After a few minutes, remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the onion with Paprika powder. Wash the paprika, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Wash the tomato and cut into cubes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAdd the mushroom pieces when the onion is golden brown. Add the paprika, tomato and garlic cream to the pan and add a splash of water. Bring to the boil and then simmer slowly over low heat. This takes ± 30 minutes.
