Nagykocka

Nagykocka is very nice in soups. It is the same as vermicelli.

The nagykocka (large squares) are made with 4 eggs and is a great in different soups. Also used in a varity of Hungarian dishes like lebbencs leves and krumplis tészta.

Preparation: boil the nagykocka for ± 6 to 8 minutes in plenty of boiling water with a pinch of salt.
After draining, rinse briefly with cold water.
