Csevapcsicsa (cevapcici) are the meat rolls that are well known throughout the Balkan area. Each area has its own variant with different ingredients. With this csevapcsicsa spice mix you can easily prepare these delicious meat rolls yourself at home. Season the minced meat with the spice mix and let it marinate. Then make rolls of about finger thickness. The seasoned minced meat rolls are traditionally prepared rotating over a charcoal grill. At home in the grill pan and barbecue is of course also possible.
