Acacia honey Akácméz

Genuine 100% Hungarian Acacia Honey. Acacia honey (akácméz) is obtained from the nectar of the acacia tree. Due to a higher amount of fructose, the akácméz also stays liquid longer than other honeys. Acacia honey has a light color and a soft taste. Delicious as a sweetener for tea, coffee, yogurt and on bread. Also ideal in certain dishes and desserts, as the soft taste of acacia honey will not dominate.
