First, it matures in the distillery’s oldest, 85-year-old cask, where the "black honey" coating within the wood adds exceptional depth and body. In the second phase, it is transferred to Tokaji wine casks from the Dobogó Winery, where the fruity notes and hints of dried apricot soften the classic bittersweet taste of Unicum.
