Néró 7.4
Néró 7.4 is a limited-edition premium wine that showcases the variety’s pure fruitiness without oak aging. It is characterized by high alcohol content, bold tannins, and a full body. A standout feature is its high resveratrol content, making it a true antioxidant powerhouse. With its mysterious, deep flavor profile and long finish, it offers an uncompromising experience for lovers of natural wines.
Pairing: With its high alcohol and tannin content and full body, Néró 7.4 pairs best with grilled red meats, juicy steaks, spicy lamb, or even wild game dishes. A caramelized onion burger, eggplant parmesan, or a spicy tomato-based pasta dish will also beautifully highlight the wine's fruity and rich character. For a cheese pairing, try it with aged, hard cheeses such as Pecorino or Cheddar.
The Story:
"Resveratrol is a natural antioxidant most commonly found in the skins of red grapes and in red wine, which reduces the harmful effects of oxidative stress on the body. While Kékfrankos contains 1.2 mg and Merlot contains 2.6 mg, Néró boasts 7.4 mg/l of resveratrol. Recognizing this, Swedish and Austrian pharmaceutical companies even produce red wine capsules, but I personally recommend enjoying it in its liquid form."

Origin and Philosophy:
The Hungarian Néró grape variety was bred by crossing Médoc noir, Csabagyöngye, and Seyve-Villard varieties. Néró adapts particularly well to climate change, as it tolerates heat well and requires less pest control, making it a popular choice for sustainable wineries.
