Description
Erdélyi szalonna is the traditional Hungarian garlic bacon. The Erdélyi szalonna is both smoked and cooked and can be eaten immediately. The Erdélyi szalonna is used in the Hungarian cuisine in numerous dishes. Very tasty with bread, in various soups, pastadishes and in combination with eggs.
Boneless bacon skin (87%), water (8%), salt, dextrose, stabilizer: pentasodium-triphosphate, potassium-chloride, animal protein, modified starch, gelling agent: carrageenan, yeast extract, antioxidant: sodium-erythorbate, thickener: xanthan gum, locust bean gum, smoke flavor, preservative: sodium-nitrite.
Contains no gluten, lactose, flavour enhancers or soy protein.
