The Pinceátlag Szekszárdi Házasítás is characterized by its intense spicy scent. The flavors are also driven by this spiciness, accompanied by, among other things, fresh-crunchy red berries. A sip of it is reminiscent of a summery refreshing raspberry syrup, which slips easily and quickly. Excellent kadarka for any day of the week…

The image shows a 1935 vintage photograph of my maternal ancestors. The focus is on the brewer Aszalai, a wine merchant who emerged from our farming family and even tied a tie for the harvest. The perky young man in a military cap sitting on the horse is Szöszke's brother-in-law - grandfather of our winemaker Laci Pálinkás - and their wives are, of course, the Gránicz girls, including my grandmother...
